Grilled Baby Broccoli & Lemon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Baby Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toss Baby Broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Grill over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. Grill lemon slices for 1 minute on each side.

  4. Serve Baby Broccoli with grilled lemon slices and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
