Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Baby Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and trim the Baby Broccoli.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute)
  4. Add Baby Broccoli and sauté for 5–7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
